Back to School 2015

Doug and I are the proud parents of an official Kindergartner and a Preschooler.  While I am still sentimental, I am excited about this next chapter and this year's new schedule. Both of the kids were enthusiastic about starting their new schools, so we had an easy and joyful transition. These photos capture their personalities so well!

Hike #10:

Hike #11: On our last Summer Tuesday, we did NOT hike! If I thought rallying the troops was difficult on Hike #10, then Hike #11 was impossible.  Instead, we took MB and went "zoo-ing" and paddle boating.  It was the perfect end to summer adventures!

As I've written before, I adore how much my kids love exploring.  Sophie loves to imagine fairies while she hikes; she looks for clues that they exist nearby.  Cameron loves to kick dust, throw rocks, squish bugs, and erratically vacillate between a painfully, slow shuffle and a lightning-quick run.  

Summer Tuesday Hikes are now shelved until 2016!
