Snowpocalypse

{This photo was taken on the 1st Snow Day.. imagine her face on the 8th Day...}

The past month has been a blur thanks to Boise Snowpocalypse 2017.  I now know firsthand what an Ice Dam is. I know what it feels like to drive to the grocery story at 11 AM when it has finally warmed up to -5 degrees. And I know with confidence that I could never homeschool my children.

Up until last week, my children had been to school only 4 days since December 17, 2016.

Today, the roads are still covered in ice and that dirty mix of snow/sand/gravel. Obviously, I don't think I've ever craved spring as much as I do now! But these photos sure make the past month look like a dreamy Winter Wonderland!
